Anyway, for me, the 2nd day of CNY was spent at home! I didn't know about the flood, regrettably, but I've got photos! :D
These were taken during the 1st day of CNY where I went and watched........
Jack N Jill and We Not Naughty! Popular movies that deserved the ratings they did. They were great!
So anyway, on the 2nd day, like I said, it was spent at home where my family comes and visit me!
Hehehe! :D My family isn't THAT big, but it's still growing! I'm getting older..... D: Oh well~
On the weekend, we had a powerful service by Pastor Joakim Lundqvist!
On the Zone F service, Pastor Joakim preached about DARE, that's right, the dare bands we where on our wrists that says #dare2012 has been given further meaning. Pastor Joakim's sermon has given us such power and wisdom by none other than God Himself. I loved the sermon.
On the main services, he preached about Braveheart. It was a movie about Scotland gaining independance, it revolves around a man by the name of William Wallace. The significance the movie played that impacted our church the most was the final moment, where when William Wallace was about to be tortured to death and was asked to beg for mercy, he not only didn't say mercy, but he cried out with his last breath "FREEDOM!"
That was what we did. Pastor Joakim led us to the word of freedom, freedom over ourselves, over the schools and over the country, with the sword he brought symbolising the cross in which our lord Jesus Christ died upon. It was a revelation I will never forget.
A new generation of bravehearts are already born, we will not let God down, we will NEVER let Him down, for the lord has given us life and the holy spirit. The two most precious gifts the world can have.
"For I have kept the ways of the Lord, And have not wickedly departed from my God. For all his judgements were before me, And I did not put away His statuses from me. I was also blameless before Him, And I kept myself from iniquity. Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my rightousness, According to the cleanness of my hands in His sight." - Psalm 18:21-24
