Christmas!

'Tis the season as we of Heart of God Church celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ, 25 December, CHRISTMAS!

Isn't that sign beautiful? :D It was HANDMADE by our very own Heart of God Church crew! They also made all the decorations hung everywhere, from the ceiling, to the walls to the lifts! They spent weeks working tirelessly for it. Thank you all! So this Christmas we had 5 services! The most so far through a weekend! Lives were saved and changed for the greater good in Jesus's name. Isn't our God great? Working to save lives even though it's His glorious day. I say amen to that! With the celebration, we took a LOT of photos! Camwhore galore!

 

 

 

Oh! On an unoffical note, NATASHA'S BACK! :D She FINALLY got UNGROUNDED! Let's welcome her return!

Heart Awards 2011

Last Friday, 16th December 2011, was the official HoGC Heart Awards 2011! An exciting night for ALL of us where we all dressed up and looked REAL authentic. The theme for this year's Heart Awards is "Back to the 70's" meaning we got down and looked REAL RETRO! Oh just some info, last year's Heart Awards, though I missed it, theme was "The Grammy Awards" exciting! But, despite all this, photos galore and FUN FUN FUN! ;D

All in all we look UBER photogenic that day, it was awesome! The Fashion Ministry offered a fashion up service where they do your hair (for guys) and make-up (for girls) for just $1! Tell me where can you find such worth when you hire a make-up artist? Doubt you can find them at $1 now can you? Awesome people!

Oh yeah! 16th December is ALSO JO's birthday! :D Hallelujah to this awesome man of God!

If it weren't for all these people, I wouldn't be here today with all these awesome photos. The Lord is indeed my salvation and my stronghold.

It was a totally awesome night. Anderson Secondary School (our school!) was nominated for the "School Revival of the Year Award"! Though we wanted to win, (North Vista won) we have to keep strong in faith and be good sports. There is always next year. We're gonna breakthrough like no one ever saw! Watch our for us Heart Awards 2012! It is NOT the end of the world yet! Not when WE can help it!

Ups and Downs

Revelation works in many ways. Be it from God Himself, or through the people of His kingdom. I've had many revelations in the past week, most of them aren't very encouraging ones. But what IS encouraging are the people I'm always with.

These are the guys that almost stick by me no matter what, cause of their belief and faith in my ability to change. Truely, no one can outgive the Lord. But next to discouraging revelations, there are also encouraging ones, strengthening our faith along with our spirit. Many events have happened during the past week. There was the C Zone stayover on wednesday, which was amazing. The entire C Zone together, fellowship of the grandest kind. The guys slept at crazy hours of the morning, thank god I slept before them. The next day, was the long awaited Lazer Tag! Furthering fellowship with all out new friends. Jerome and Ryan came too. I was so excited hoping that they will want to go out with us again.

These are the women of the CG, well some of them~ The people who always help me grow through all forms of insecurites and bad character. I don't know what my life would be if I didn't go to Heart of God Church. I may still be the annoying pint I was or maybe worse. I'm happy that I'm a changed person and that I change through getting all these revelations. C31 always helps me pull through no matter when, where, why, how, what or even who.

P.S. I look SUPER CUI in this photo. What happens to me after worship sessions, my voice becomes lost too! Powerful praise! :D

Time of Our Lives.

Recently, I had a class chalet! Exciting moments with my bunch of awesome retards! :D

It was 3D2N chalet at NSRCC at Changi/Tanah Merah area. We did a LOT of crazy things in these 3 days. The first day we made a video while being high on red bull, the second day the peeps went bowling and pool-ing, they bombed a LOT of money though :/ Oh well~ There was pizza too! :D After that on the last day, Wenyi, Danial, Hidayat, Zul, Sean, Shyam, Hansel and I decided to go to Changi after checkout and that's what we did. We played like idiots in the airport, making believe that we're going overseas together! HAHAHA! Time really flies when you're having fun.

Well as you can see we're just a bunch of crazy bunch of kids, I'll miss every thing we do together. But good news is that we have 1 more year to go crazy... STUDYING! It's O's next year, we need to start studying a LOT, but of course not forgetting to have fun. :)

Love knows not bounds.

When they say love knows no bounds they really mean it, I've had a blast in these past 2 days with everyone. For us in C31 mother tongue O's are over and it's really time to party like there's no tomorrow! So on friday we had the event of a lifetime.

I believe it's been trending through Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr too (which was where I got this photo), with a start of a holiday we bring about change in ourselves, decisions that make our lives better with the faith to pull through it all. After exams I spent time with Natasha! Like finally! I've missed her loads since she's been grounded for reasons that are proposterous!

I'm happy we can spend time together despite restrains, cause that's what friends are for.

Recently, Crystal and Claire cut their hair and they've kinda been outta it. Let me show you a before and after.

Personally I think they're beautiful, sure, we're not used to seeing it yet but it doesn't mean it's bad. Claire received a lot of positive feedback with people saying she suits the short hair. Crystal's bangs is something new but I don't think it's bad either, I'm just not THAT used to seeing it yet, but yeah, you're still the awesome Crystal we know and love! Guaranteed.

So much has been happening, today is the long awaited chalet that has been planned since like June! I'm like so proud of myself cause of what I did!

I like did this to remind myself of things I might forget! Big improvement! Usually I don't even use sticky notes! Now they're like essential to me! Illustrations are credited to Crystal for giving me the idea! ^^ SO! Things have been really going well for me and my life, we've been nothing but enjoying life now that stressed moments are over! I hope to have more memories in this coming holiday, more photos to share, showing all the memories I had. Dedicating myself to a life like this is my conviction.
